Life is beautiful. Cherish every moment, appreciate what you have, and find joy in the present.

As a Ukrainian orphan, I faced many challenges and uncertainties. I was abandoned as an infant in a hospital and brought to an orphanage. At age 11, I was welcomed into foster care, but I still felt alone and unsure of my future. When I turned 18 and lived without a guardian, I finally had the opportunity to focus on my aspirations. With only a few dollars to my name, I took a chance and immigrated to America. Despite hardships of many Ukrainian orphans, I never let my past hold me back.

As an author, speaker, muse, and mentor, she has helped thousands understand how the brain works, how the body responds, and how we can all get the most out of both. As an editor, she honors the voice of the author, partnering with them to express their unique story.
