Books. VitalyBook.com does not sell books or digital files. When you choose to buy a book, you are taken to a retailer such as Amazon.com. The retailer's terms, payment, delivery and refund rules apply. VitalyBook.com does not process payments and does not handle refunds.

Content. The writing, photographs and illustrations on this site belong to Vitaly Kirkpatrick or its licensors. The blog and book pages are free to read, and you may share links. You may not copy content for resale or scrape the site.

Acceptable use. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, send spam through it, or post unlawful or infringing material through its forms.
