As you may already know, I love to cook. Cooking baked chicken is art as well, since you must get it just right, especially if you want it to come out very juicy.
So, today you will learn step-by-step how to cook healthy chicken. Give it a try and let me know how it went.

Ingredients:
2.5lbs of healthy 100% natural chicken breasts
4 middle carrots
2 onions
2 green peppers
spices (salt, pepper, etc)
1 box of whole mushrooms
4lbs of potatoes

Boiling PotatoesCut potatoes in cubes (4 slices and then cut in half). Remember, red potatoes are much healthier than regular potatoes. Also, dont pill off the peel, most of the nutrients are in the peel. Just wash potatoes thoroghly.
Get chicken ready. Usually one 2.5lbs box of healthy chicken (100% natural) is enough for the baking tray.

Get your favorite spices and spread them generously over the chicken. Dont be afraid to put as much as you can, since the taste of the chicken will be determined by how much spices you put on the chicken initially.

 Raw Chicken
 Baking ChickenTurn on your grill and preheat the oven. Yes, I said the grill. First 20 min chicken has to be grilled before you see nice brown color on the top of the chicken.

Next step, switch to Oven settings and 350F.

Once you see brown color on top of the chicken, take it out and add nice cut onions Chicken Onions
Chicken Onions Pepper CarrotsThen add shredded carrots and nice cut green pepper rings. After that put everything in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Then add mushrooms and put everything in the oven for another 20 minutes. Your meal should be ready.Chicken Mushrooms
Vitaly Dinner ServedOnce your potatoes are cooked, take out and smush a little bit. Add fried onions to the potatoes (tastes amazing especially if you add spices to the onions while you are frying them).

Serve your dinner:

1. Salad (spinach, leaves, cucamber, green onions, green peppers, tomatoes). I usually dont mix in spices into the salad and provide salad dressings and spices for my guests during the dinner.

2. Cooked potatoes that have fried onions, a little butter, and a little of milk in them.

3. You nicely cooked chicken.
